Refund policy

At FEE-FI-FOE-FUMM, every piece is handcrafted with intent and individuality. Due to the nature of our process, we do not encourage returns. However, we are committed to resolving concerns thoughtfully through customization, exchange, or correction where applicable.

Request Window

All requests for exchange, customization, or return must be raised within 1–2 days of receiving your order. Requests beyond this window may not be accepted.

To initiate any request, please contact us at vu3xea@gmail.com with your order details + images attached of the issue if possible.

Eligibility

To be considered for an exchange or return:

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase must be provided
  • Requests must be made before sending the item back (unsolicited returns will not be accepted)

Color Variations

Most designs are one-of-a-kind or limited in color unless otherwise specified.
If you require a different color:

  • We recommend opting for a custom order
  • Once purchased, your custom design will be exclusive and not replicated

Size Concerns

If there is a sizing issue:

  • Please contact us before initiating a return
  • We can explore custom resizing or modification
  • Returns in such cases will be treated as an exchange for a customized piece, subject to a mutually agreed fee, as this involves additional craftsmanship and design intervention

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with details and images. We will assess the issue and work towards repair, correction, or resolution.

Exchanges

Where applicable, exchanges are handled through customization or remake rather than direct replacements, in line with our design approach.

Refunds

Refunds are not standard practice due to the handmade nature of our products.
However, in approved cases:

  • You will be notified after inspection
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
