At FEE-FI-FOE-FUMM, each piece is carefully prepared and dispatched with attention to detail. As a design-led and handcrafted brand, our shipping timelines may vary depending on the nature of the product.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

For made-to-order or customized pieces, processing times may be longer. Any such timelines will be communicated to you in advance.

SHIPPING METHOD

We currently ship orders via India Post – Speed Post, a reliable government postal service.

As we continue to grow, we may transition to other logistics partners to improve delivery efficiency and service quality.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

Estimated delivery timelines are:

Within India: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Remote areas: May take longer depending on location

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving delivery issues.

RISK & DELIVERY

Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk transfers to the customer. We will support you in case of issues, but cannot guarantee carrier timelines.
